William Smart
I began my martial arts training in 2008. My family felt that I needed some direction and a positive outlet for my energy, and they were right. Like many young martial artists, I had moments when I didn’t want to train, but by the time I reached my teenage years, I had discovered a true passion for martial arts.
In 2026, I earned my 5th Degree Black Belt. Martial arts has also remained a family connection for me, as my grandmother continues to actively train as well.
Today, martial arts is truly my passion. Training, teaching, and helping the next generation of students develop are what I want to continue doing for the rest of my life. I am also an avid competitor and continue to train and compete whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Master Smart gladly volunteers a significant amount of his time at the school to help students grow, develop, and reach their goals within the program.
